One GLOW Stack order from Real Peptides costs $86.40 and contains three vials: GHK-Cu 50 mg, TB-500 10 mg and BPC-157 10 mg, all as lyophilized powder with a third-party COA. Buying the BPC-157 and TB-500 vials from the same vendor one at a time costs $91.20, so the glow stack gives you the copper peptide and still comes in $4.80 under the price of the other two alone.
We track the research-peptide market from the supply side, and this is the bundle we get asked about most. This page covers what is in the order, how the price compares, what paperwork comes with it and where the fixed format falls short. All three peptides are sold for research use only; none is an FDA-approved drug.
Each GLOW Stack order ships as three separate vials, not a pre-mixed blend. That distinction matters for a lab, because a single blended vial locks the ratio while separate vials let each compound be handled and documented on its own.
| Vial | Size | Form | Testing |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | Lyophilized powder | Third-party COA |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | Lyophilized powder | Third-party COA |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | Lyophilized powder | Third-party COA |
The total comes to 70 mg of peptide. The GHK-Cu vial is five times the size of the other two, and the listing does not explain why. Do not read the vial sizes as a suggested ratio of any kind; they are packaging specs. If you want background on the three compounds first, our glow peptide overview starts there.
The glow stack works out to roughly $1.23 per mg across all three vials. That compares with $4.32 per mg for Real Peptides' single BPC-157 10mg vial at $43.20 and $4.80 per mg for its single TB-500 10 mg vial at $48.00.
The fairer comparison is against the Wolverine Peptide Stack, which is the same vendor's BPC-157 and TB-500 pair for $40.80. Subtract that from $86.40 and the GHK-Cu share of the GLOW price is $45.60, or about $0.91 per mg for the 50 mg vial. Real Peptides does not list GHK-Cu as a single product in the catalog we compare, so that implied figure is the closest thing to a standalone price.
The full calculation, including shipping thresholds, is on the glow peptide cost page.
If your research question is only about BPC-157 and TB-500, a two-peptide bundle costs less than half of the GLOW Stack. Three options sit in our comparison:
We compare the two Real Peptides bundles directly on GLOW vs Wolverine.
Real Peptides publishes a third-party COA for every vial in the GLOW Stack. Before ordering, I check that the COA names the exact compound, shows a lot or batch number, and is recent enough to match current stock. A COA for BPC-157 tells you nothing about the GHK-Cu vial, so look for three documents, not one.
Shipping is free within the US on Real Peptides orders over $250. A single GLOW Stack at $86.40 does not reach that, and neither do two; three stacks come to $259.20. Real Peptides' listing does not state a returns policy, so we do not quote one. Peptide God, by contrast, lists 30-day free returns and free shipping over $100.
The main drawback of the glow stack is that it is fixed. You cannot drop the GHK-Cu, change a vial size or swap TB-500 for something else, and the $86.40 upfront price is higher than any two-peptide bundle.
There is also a regulatory mismatch inside the box. BPC-157 and TB-500 received a non-binding 8-6 recommendation from FDA's compounding advisory committee on 23 July 2026, while GHK-Cu has not been voted on and is due for review before February 2027. None of the three has been added to the 503A bulks list. Both BPC-157 and TB-500 are also banned in sport under the WADA Prohibited List.
We do not publish any instructions for preparing or using these vials, and a vendor that does is taking a risk FDA flagged in its August 2026 warning letters. For vendor-by-vendor terms, see where to buy glow peptide.
Discounts shown are real: the vendor’s own sale price, or how much cheaper per mg a product is than the average of the vendors on this page.
